BIOGRAPHY
Mike Revell writes short stories and books for children and adults.
He also writes about sport, and his work on the NFL and British American football can be found on Mirror.co.uk, in the Cambridge Evening News, and Inside American Football magazine.
Born in Cambridge, he grew up near Saffron Walden, and went on to study creative writing at the University of Essex. After graduating, he moved on to a post-graduate journalism course accredited by the National Council for the Training of Journalists.
Since then, he has written for the Mirror, the Cambridge Evening News, and Strange Horizons, among others.
He is currently working on two novels: a very strange, very dangerous children's story, and a picture book for younger readers. Inbetween all this, he scrawls short stories in notebooks, and writes them up whenever he can steal the time to do so.
